$10K Sit and Go Race at Americas Cardroom

The popular US friendly online poker room Americas Cardroom is giving all of its players something to play hard for in September, and as the nights start to draw in, maybe you'll be spending a little more time at the felt, meaning this one could be just for you. ACR have announced that through September they will be running a $10,000 Sit and Go Race which is offering a cool $1,500 first place prize. All through the month players will be awarded points for their SnG action, as usual, and this month the top 120 earners will be in the mix and take home a slice of the $10,000.

As always, Mr Michael Harris, Americas Cardroom spokesman has a few words, "While we've taken the time to retool The Beast for our hardcore cash game grinders, we haven't forgotten about our serious SnG players, this month's $10k leaderboard competition is designed to reward more players with more cash, regardless of how they finish." Every time players at Americas Cardroom take a seat in a Sit and Go tourney, they will be automatically given points that go to their tally on the leaderboard. Some tourneys will give players more points, and there's a full description of how points are earned on the leaderboard page, that explains exactly what you need to do to get in the money. The whole race is designed to reward all players who actually take part, and is not based on where they finish in the tourney, meaning that you will not get more points for winning the tourney, but you will of course get more cash!

If you're not a member at ACR yet then get signed up to enjoy this promotion, and a whole lot more. There's a 100% welcome bonus up to $1,000 up for grabs, as well as seats to the Punta Cana Poker Classic and plenty more.
