The WSOP 2014 Circuit Schedule

The World Series of Poker announced the WSOP Circuit schedule recently and after last years huge successes and record breaking events the 2013-2014 schedule is looking to go even bigger and better. This will be the 10th year of the circuit and it's bought the WSOP brand to so many places meaning that so many players have been able to get involved in great tournaments organized by the biggest name in poker. The coveted circuit ring is now a must have item for all serious poker players and there have been some mighty impressive turnouts and prize pools to boot. This year the season gets underway at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in early August and runs all the way through until the National Championships which will be held at Caesar's Atlantic City in May 2014. The prize pool for the Nationals has already been fronted by the WSOP and will stand at $1,000,000. There's plenty of TV coverage along the way too with ESPN providing the limelight and plenty of the action.

New Venues and New Events!

There's a few new venues on the schedule this time round that include stops at the Horseshoe Cincinnati and the Horseshoe Cleveland in Ohio as well as one at the Casino Montreal in Quebec. There will also be a new tournament added....online at the soon to be live WSOP.com which will award seats at the National Championship. The main event at each stop will remain the same, and why change a good thing as the $1,675 No Limit Hold'em re-entry tournament is extremely popular with the players, and the general format of 12 rings being given out will remain the same. Each venue will also have a Casino Champion, and that player as well as the main event winner will get seats to the National Championships too. The whole schedule looks like this...........
