Bodog's Anonymous Series Starts March

Bodog Anonymous Poker Tour Live Events

The very first live qualifying events will take place soon for the Bodog Anonymous Poker Series. In a nice move, Bodog have announced that the two events will take place simultaneously with one in London and the other being played out in Macau on the 12th March. There is a slight difference in them due to the fact that one will be for operators and one for customers. The operator tourney, or B2B tourney is to take place at the iGaming Asia Conference, Macau with all online gaming operators able to take part. The customer, B2C tourney will be free to enter on a first come first served basis and full details of where the event will be played are due to be released by Bodog on Monday March 4th with the venue being kept under wraps until then. The winners of each event are set for the trip of a lifetime with Bodog flying them out to the $100,000 Grand Final in Manila, due to take place in January 2014. Flights and accommodation are of course included and the lucky winners also get to take a friend. Every player that turns up for the London event will also receive a free Bodog goodie bag and will be treated throughout the day to dinner, drinks and the usual Bodog VIP treatment.

The Bodog Anonymous Poker Series

The Anonymous Poker Series is a huge year long event during 2013 being made up of both live and online events. It's aim is to create a mix of players making it to the grand final in January 2014 with operators, casual players and pros alike all taking part. There will be special seats put aside for what Bodog are calling Poker Hero's of 2013 and we are yet to find out what makes a player become one. The online qualifiers make use of the new Bodog Anonymous feature saying that the anonymous tables add fairness to the game. The offline operator tournaments will take place at gaming conferences around the world and we foresee some rather healthy competition in those. If you are not already playing at Bodog then get on board now to become involved in all of this, who knows, you could play your way to Manila and a chunk of the $100,00.
