Lock Poker Begins to Iron out Issues

It's no secret that Lock Poker experienced a few problems throughout the summer whilst moving to its' own network. These included customer support issues that simply were not dealt with along with payout problems and more. However, it's credit to this growing room that they did take on board their players concerns and took the time to build and answer each and every one of them. Lock Poker took on no small task by creating a huge US facing poker network and with projects of this size, problems will inevitably occur, and seeing it was all completed in such a short space of time they deserve a little kudos. They massively expanded the support department and got through the backlog of player concerns in great time, along with cutting their payout times right down to two weeks, as opposed to the 6-8 weeks that some players had experienced. They were also very active on the forums in an attempt to assist their players where possible. So hats off for turning things around and the poker community has a room that is putting its' players first.
